Making a purchase is straightforward.
Just browse our Product pages, and click on either the 'buy now' or 'add to cart buttons' for items that you wish to buy
which will place them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout'
and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
If you wish you may register your details to make subsequent visits and purchase from the site easier.
The information requested is treated with strict confidentiality in line with our
privacy policy.
You may change the details of your order up to the point of submitting it.
We accept the following cards: Delta, Visa, JCB, Switch, MasterCard, Solo and Visa Electron.
When you click on the 'submit order' button you will be redirected to the secure payment page
of WorldPay our payment processor.
We can accept transactions in Pounds Sterling (GBP), Euros, (EUR) and U.S. Dollars (USD).
Distance Selling Regulations
During the first seven working days after delivery you have a cooling off period during which you may cancel the contract with Dharma Jewels Limited
and return the goods. This gives you the opportunity to view the goods to the same extent you would if you were purchasing them face to face in
a shop.
You must inform Dharma Jewels Limited of your intention in writing or other durable medium (e.g. by letter, fax or email to customer services - but
NOT by telephone) within seven working days from the day after you receive the goods.
Please ensure that the goods returned are returned in their original condition and original packaging.
We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of CD and DVDs where the item has been unsealed.

At the time of "checkout" you should check that your web browser has established a "secure connection" to our server.
This is usually in the form of a padlock symbol/icon in one of the corners of your web browser window

User Account and Password
If you choose to register with our site then your personal information is stored within your "account".
To access your user account you need your username which you choose at the time of registration and your password.
For your own safety, we recommend you use a strong password. It should be at least six characters in length and use both upper case and
lower case letters along with numbers.
You can change your password at any time by logging into your account and visiting the "Modify Profile" page.
If you wish to discontinue your account you can do so from the "Delete Profile" page.
